TICKETS ON SALE FOR APRIL 2025 CONCERT!
1791 Announcement Still.png

This program is a significant and highly anticipated performance in the life of the Loudoun Chorale. In the final days of 1791, Mozart passed away at the age of 35, concluding one of the most prolific years of his life. His untimely death left us with the magnificent, mysterious, and unfinished setting of the Requiem Mass—a composition that honors the musical past while propelling the art form into the future. In this concert, the Loudoun Chorale will perform Mozart’s Requiem in its entirety, accompanied by chamber orchestra. Additionally, we will present lesser-known works that illuminate the monumental final year of Mozart’s life.

Please join us for our April 26 and 27, 2025 performances - tickets ($20 per person, 12 and under free) may be purchased in advance HERE or at the door.

Please note a difference in performance venue for this weekend - both Saturday and Sunday performances will be held in the Worship Center of Leesburg Community Church.

NOTE: There will be no ticket issued with purchase - entrance to the concert will be through Will Call under the purchaser's name. Ticket purchase is good for either day of the performance. For special requests or questions, please email us at info@loudounchorale.org.

FALL 2024 CONCERT

Our winter program, titled “A Choral Kaleidoscope,” promises to be an enchanting journey through a diverse array of musical genres, styles, and cultures. You will be immersed in this rich musical tapestry, featuring newly composed works by Elaine Hagenberg, Shawn Kirchner, and Eric Whitacre.

Our repertoire will also include vibrant arrangements of classics such as Bob Dylan’s “The Times They Are a-Changin’” and “This Little Light of Mine.” In addition, we will present imaginative reinterpretations of beloved Christmas songs like “Go Tell It on the Mountain” and “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas.”

Just as a kaleidoscope creates ever-changing patterns of colors, shapes, and sequences, our program aims to captivate and delight through the transformative power of music. Don't miss this unique and inspiring experience!

For special requests or questions, please email us at info@loudounchorale.org.
